Fenasucro&Agrocana reinforces

ugust 22 through 25, 2017 the
city of Sertãozinho, in São Pau-
lo, promotes one more edi-
tion of Fenasucro & Agroca-
na, which, year after year,
consolidates its position as a platform of al-
ternatives, solutions and technological in-
novations for the sector. At theZanini Events
Center, the expectation is for attracting up-
wards of one thousand brands and 35 thou-
sand visitors – qualified professionals and
decision makers involved with agriculture,
industrial suppliers, industrial processes,
energy, transport and logistics.
Promoted by the National Center of the
Sugar, Energy and Biofuels Industrial Sec-
tor (Ceise BR), the exhibition is open from
1 pm to 8 pm, while the events of the con-
text take place from 8 am to 6 pm. There
will be more than 300 hours of information
exchange through lectures, workshops
and conferences. In 2017, the 25th edition
of the fair is projecting businesses amount-
ing toR$ 2.9 billion, reaching the status as a
remarkable event on theagendaof the sug-
ar and energy supply chain.
The announced novelties include the Fo-
rum of Agroenergy Producers, in a partner-
ship with the Sugar Cane Growers Organiza-
tion (Orplana), Datagro and Reed Exhibitions
Alcantara Machado. The unprecedented
gathering will attract 500 producers of sug-
arcane, corn and sugar beets from about 40
countries for a globalized debate on produc-
tion, processes, their convergences and di-
vergences. Another highlight will be the first
participation of the National Laboratory of
Science and Bioethanol Technology (CTBE),
displaying solutions and research works in a
workshoponbio-economy.
Whilst betting on technology for fos-
tering businesses and the relationship be-
tween buyers and exhibitors, Fenasucro
& Agrocana, since 2016, is offering a mo-
bile app, available for download in the An-
droid a iOS system. The tool allows the
user to find the products and exhibitors
of his/her interest in an easier manner,
maximizing the visit and ensuring better
business and networking results. Further-
more, it is possible to access every piece
of information on the event’s slate of con-
tents, with a sign that warns about the be-
ginning of each lecture or debate.
